Your further agree that products purchased from Boltmax using this Site, those purchases are governed by the applicable terms and conditions in the Online Purchases, Payments, Shipping and Returns sections on this page.  If you do not agree, don't use this site.

Online Purchases, Payments, NO PayPal Account Required

Online purchases, including shipping charges are prepaid.  Special orders, included but not limited to the altering of stock items require prepayment.  Boltmax online payments are processed through PayPal.  All major credit cards are accepted and NO PayPal account is required.  At the PayPal login screen, choose Pay with Debit or Credit Card.

Shipping

Smaller (50 lbs.+-) online purchases will usually ship by FedEx unless the customer chooses an alternate provider.  The Site calculates shipping by weight.  If the calculation is questionable, contact Boltmax.  Large, bulk or International shipment request should also be directed to Boltmax.

Returns and Credits

Products offered on the Site are more or less industry standard products with descriptions, specifications, and certifications.  Returns have been infrequent, yet returns are inevitable.  Contact Boltmax within 24 hours after receipt of your purchase, and Boltmax will issue a Return Authorization Number.  Make certain the Authorization Number appears on the outside of the box containing the item(s) to be returned.  If the item(s) were ordered incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays shipping for the return.  If the item(s) were not shipped correctly per the Site description, Boltmax pays return shipping.  Boltmax will process returns and credits within 24 hours of the receipt of returned items.

Privacy Policy

Our customer's privacy is important.  We receive and maintain customer information that will allow us to best support services to be rendered by Boltmax.  We do not sell or share customer information.  Access to your data is limited to Boltmax and constructed in a way to protect you and your information.
